Ñot a good agency. I suspect that the positive reviews are fake. They require you to buy your own work uniform from them by following a link they provide. They claim to have shifts available when they do not. They call every day, pretending there are shifts, but then cancel them without any reason just a few hours before the work is supposed to start. If you're looking for an agency that will waste your time, this is the one.

Wow, my goodness what a bad experience. I am a registered nurse registered with Nurse Doc, not yet picked up shifts, and I phoned to as advice on revalidation. I spoke to a most rude an unprofessional person, who just went on about the nhs and how much money they are making and why can they NHSP not help me. Put me right off this agency before I have even got started. Bad vibes, bad impression

Been working here for over a year and I have thoroughly enjoyed my role within the company. Great opportunity or career growth and progression within a supportive environment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a career in healthcare recruitment and agency work! 🙂

I work for Nursdoc for 3 years now , I always had plenty of work, paid in time , the consultants are very friendly, act with professionalism, my annual leave always paid in time. With Nursdoc i was always on PAYE and never had a problem with my taxes. I worked before with other care agencies but none were this good.

I've been working for this agency for almost 6 months and whilst I do seem to get on average 1-2 shifts a week and work for some decent nursing home clients, my reservations regarding this agency is the fact that they did not supply a uniform, they were very stingy with the timesheets they sent out when I joined (only received 6 timesheets in the post) and the most concerning of all is the fact that the consultants seem to interrogate you if you do not want to work for particular clients. I understand that the agency require valid reasons for why you need to cancel a shift that has already been booked, however if work is offered to a worker and a worker states that they do not want to work at that particular client home then that decision should be respected and left alone, instead the consultants just keep pushing you for a reason and asking why you do not want to go. There should be respect for workers if you want to retain staff.

I am reading all the reviews here today. I worked with Nursedoc a few years back, and Nursedoc Healthcare is a good company. I worked with them as a Critical Care Nurse, and from my experience, they pay you your entitlement as of when due, no stories like other Agencies do. They provide you with the available shifts and process your timesheet without fail. I find them professional, maintaining safety for both clients and staff. I never had any problem with the company or individual staff and would happily work with them again anytime and any day. A company that pays your dues without fail should be considered reasonable. There are just a few good Nursing Agencies, and Nursedoc is one of them. As for communication, people talking about or rudeness, l did not experience or hear such report from my colleagues.
Bear in mind that communication is two-way, and respect is reciprocal.

Good COMPANY TO WORK FOR
Customer service is top notch 👌. Professional team, well trained staff, good pay 💰 for staff. The only problem is (they hardly reply references for ex employees)… if you intend working for them know that you may not be able to get a reference for all your hard work 😓
