Our best leads always come from recommendations, or from returning clients who have previously received great service from us. Brief Your Market helps us to maintain contact with previous and existing clients, busy working away in the background providing regular and informative updates on the property market and us as a company. We find our monthly online meetings with our Account Manager Beth Seivewright fun and informative, showing how clients are tracked and nurtured and setting out future plans and marketing strategies, where we can have as much or as little input as we wish.

We've been using BriefYourMarket for a few years now, and the team has always been helpful and professional. We didn't make full use of the system at first, mostly because we were short on time, but more recently, with help from our success managers, we’ve added more automation and improved how our emails look and work. We've definitely seen better results since.

Once you get a few templates and campaigns set up, it’s pretty straightforward to create really nice-looking emails. We've leaned towards only sending our own content as the pre-made 'managed' content is a bit generic and low value to clients. One of the best features is being able to filter your audience, and message, which is perfect for estate agents covering different locations, something you’d struggle to find with other platforms. The system works as it should, but the key is how much you put into it. The more effort you put in, the better the results you’ll get.

BYM is a good platform for our email marketing campaigns. It was a rocky start but we now have stability with Milli is our Account Manager and she is excellent, organised, very knowledgeable and helpful, the service we receive from Milli is very good. Milli is an asset to BYM.

We have been using BYM for many years, with limited success, however a couple of years ago Beth Seivewright became our account manager and our experience with them took a definite turn in the right direction. We have the benefit of a range of services which are specifically tailored to our requirements. The care and attention that Beth gives myself and the company are second to none, and we have been very impressed with how she has helped us adapt and take advantage of the integration with our CRM system, the build opportunities and the newsletter detail which frees up our time to concentrate on selling and renting houses.

We have used BYM for a number of years now. The reason i have given 4 stars and not 5 is that I wont say that things have been perfect throughout that time and the autorenew contract is a particular annoyance and I believe companies that resort to such agreements have no confidence in their ability to provide a service which means customers do not need to terminate their agreements. That aside and to be fair to the BYM team they have always made a concentrated effort to resolve any issues and have put measures in place to ensure there is improvement and no repeats. We were assigned Eryn Askew as our account manager in 2023 and since then we have not experienced any issues and the service has been faultless throughout this time. So thank you to Eryn for the excellent service you have provided.
