Knowledge of staff was great as I was unsure which course I needed to do. Both Trevel and his staff were so helpful and understanding with my person circumstances. The online course was great and enjoyable giving me the knowledge & confidence I needed to go ahead and do my exam, and the flexibility that I did the course at my own pace was great! From first approaching Trevel on course enquiry to help meet my long term goals and recertify old qualifications and gain new knowledge, to pre course material and in course materials, through to physical training, I found Trevel’ relaxed but professional approach made the learning environment a great place to be. Even when going off on a tangent, Trevel would give the information wanted while keeping the session on track. He’s always on the end of the phone or e mail for follow questions. I would recommend NVC for training where a good atmosphere with lots of learning and freedom to explore are on your list of a good trainer with many years knowledge and experience.
