Oakheart have been a joy to deal with in my house buying process. Oakheart made what would normally be a stressful process a breeze. Some agents made viewing a property way more effort than it needed to be. Oakheart always had availability when needed. Sales progression was also great (I've included some additional comments below). I've now recommended a family member moves to Oakheart once her contract expires with her existing agent.

I've found my long term home through Oakheart so won't be dealing with them again soon but will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Annalise in the sales progression team has been a great help not only with my purchase but also my sale. Annalise made one of the most stressful things you can do significantly more manageable. If ever anything was stalling Annalise was able to assist to ensure everything was kept on track. Annalise pro-actively called me often to check in and went above and beyond what I'd expect from an estate agent. Excellent customer service and a credit to Oakheart. I am now recommending Oakheart to a family member who has had a very different experience with another estate agent.

The Oakheart team have been amazing from start to finish with my house sale. Marcus particularly, has been great with communication, open and honest throughout and I have felt that he and the team have genuinely doing there very best to make a sale for us.

I have used previous estate agents in the past who have delivered a fairly standard service that I think is often expected of the industry but Marcus and the team have surpassed that expectation in every way. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again!

Oakheart has been amazing during our House Purchase. They facilitated everything we needed and even gave us our initial viewing with a couples hours notice on a Saturday. A real star through the whole process was Amy. Always on hand to get things moving and keep us well informed as FTB we were very anxious. Amy is a real testament to Oakheart and I hope everyone has an experience with her and I wish I have her in our corner in future transactions. Another honourable mention must go out to Chloe, a lovely individual who was amazing during our viewings and always helped when we needed it!

I always knew when it came to selling my house I would use Oakhaart due to the amount of business that was lost to them working in estate agency in Colchester for years and, I figured they must be good… I couldn’t have been more right. These guys have absolutely smashed it and I would never recommend anyone else. They had my house on the market within hours and then sold it within 10 days to a great buyer. Amy in sales progression has been nothing short of a hero and has made what was a difficult time in our lives a lot easier. If I could give zero stars I would, do not go anywhere near this company (Colchester branch) to let out your property. All good while they are taking a so called 'management fee' from you every month but when it comes to dealing with the TDS to help you get some deposit back from significant damage left by the tenants then I have been bitterly disappointed. Emails not replied to, telephone calls not returned, and to top it all have not told me that the TDS have awarded the deposit back to tenants. I resorted to phoning TDS myself when Oakheart have failed to communicate with me to be told that the 28 days has passed since the financial settlement has been made so I, as the Landlord, can no longer raise a dispute. I will be in contact with the Ombudsman.
