I cannot recommend Oakland Insurance Services enough. After contacting over a dozen travel insurance companies, both via online and telephone, Oakland was looking like my last resort. If only I had contacted Martin earlier. From the offset, Martin was sympathetic and whilst he couldn’t initially promise to be able to help, he took the time to ask all the relevant questions about my parents’ medical conditions. He didn’t just ‘go through the motions’ of asking the same predictable questions and he genuinely wanted to be able to find me travel insurance, without any compromise to the cover or policy exclusions. As promised, Martin got back to me with an insurance policy which I would never have found on my own accord. I contacted three brokers when looking for insurance and Oakland were by far and way the best (one never returned my call and the other gave me a quote for something I didn't ask for).
