I have been with Oakworth financial planning for 2 years since deciding to move my pension and am really happy with the service provided. I researched numerous financial advisors via Unbiased and checked out reviews before finally contacting Oakworth.
Obviously moving a pension is a massive step and can be quite nerve wracking but Richard was extremely friendly and patient and explained everything clearly and at my pace. Prior to recommending a pension we talked at length about my financial goals and my attitude to risk.
He made sure that the requirements I had regarding online access were met and that the pension he recommended was right for me.
Since moving my pension I have had face to face pension reviews and Richard has always been at hand to answer any questions I have had promptly and efficiently.
Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received and would have no hesitation in recommending Oakworth financial planning to anyone looking for financial advice.

Having been with Oakworth since retirement in 2011 I feel I have been well served by all my advisers. I was given a presentation by them whilst I was working in the NHS and have stayed with them since then. Ross Megretton in the present and Rachel before him have met with me to discuss finances and I have been advised by them to break new ground. They respond to messages promptly too.
