I met Chantal during my last year of university for an assessment. She was lovely, I felt comfortable and it was conducted so well. Odyssey is exactly the right company for this service; they are extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. The assessment was crucial in helping me navigating areas of my degree, and positively influenced the overall outcome of it. Chantal also went above and beyond with the guidance and practical support she offered in areas outside of studies. She is committed to empowering those she works with to achieve their utmost best, and this is why I would recommend Odyssey.

I have recently had an assessment with the lovely Chantal. From our initial phone call I could tell how passionate Chantal was about her profession. Leading up to my assessment, during and after I experienced such great care. On my assessment day, Chantal made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Throughout my experience with Chantal she has made me feel justified and supported. After my assessment, I felt validated and that everything finally made sense. I would highly recommend Chantal and the service she provides as she truly is one of a kind and cares for everyone's needs no matter how big or small.

Once again thank you Chantal for making things make sense and for making me feel validated. You really do make a difference with the work/care you provide.

I met Chantal in 2016 when she performed collage dyslexia assessment. I was so impressed that I asked for her to support me when I eventually entered university. Since then, Chantal has been an amazing support to me throughout my 6 years at university and still checks in occasionally a year into my career. She helped tremendously with my organization and motivation to be able to hit deadlines as well as being more effective in my daily life. Her determination to help and amazing work ethic was clearly evident over the course of her support. I would recommend her to anyone looking for support or assessment.

Chantal from Odyssey provided a fantastic service, taking the time to listen to concerns, running diagnostic and screening assessments and then taking additional time to run a different screening given new information. She also helped navigate the NHS referral process which proved hugely helpful in itself.  She was generous with her time throughout - all of this showed a real commitment to helping the clients.  (by Kat Miles)

I met Chantal from Odyssey education when she was delivering a dyslexia training course at Chester University (I am a teacher). I was very impressed with her depth of knowledge around dyslexia and other neurodiverse conditions.

Several years later, when my then 7 year old daughter was displaying a range of abilities and difficulties which baffled her teachers and the local authority SEN specialist, I remembered how knowledgeable Chantal was and contacted her to see if she could shed any light on the situation.

Chantal was (is) brilliant! She insisted on providing a free consultation, carefully read all the SEN reports I had from my daughter's school and spotted that the problem was likely to be a visual processing difficulty. She pointed me to the services of a very expert, very reasonably priced specialist optician. Chantal didn't charge me a penny for this.

We arranged an appointment with the specialist optician where my daughter was diagnosed with visual stress and a type of binocular instability that regular opticians don't test for. These vision problems can be corrected with specialist glasses.

The change in my daughter since she got her specialist glasses has been amazing. As soon as she got them she said everything looked much clearer and 'it didn't hurt to read any more'. Within a month of receiving them, she could write all her letters and numbers the correct way around (a massive issue before). Within a term she went up a level in all the core subjects at school. However the biggest change has been emotional. The teachers were considering an autism referral for my daughter because she became so upset most afternoons at school. This stopped within weeks of getting her new glasses! It seems the energy she used trying to follow lessons when she couldn't see clearly and the black on white print was giving her headaches was exhausting her to the point where she had no emotional resilience and felt very overwhelmed.

Chantal's knowledge and generosity has changed my daughter's life and had a positive impact on our whole family. I still can't believe she gave us so much help without even charging us. I can't rate her highly enough! Thank you Chantal!!

I had an autism assessment two years ago with Chantal and she carried out a friendly and professional service in the comfort of her own home. She even made me more than one cup of tea and didn't mind too much when I broke her biro!

I always tried my hardest at school but was constantly told (like many neurodivergent kids) I wasn’t quite reaching my potential. Meeting Chantal changed all of that. She provided me with the tools to thrive academically at a top ranking university and achieve two first class degrees. She was my cheerleader when I stopped believing in myself, and provided me with well-being support at one of the darkest times of my life. Without Chantal I would not be the person I am today! She is an incredible tutor and the skills she taught me have supported me beyond my time at university into my personal and professional life. I would (and do) recommend her to everyone
