Rented a room at a property in beeston for multiple years. The room and house was great. Never had any issues with how the property was managed and if any issues arose they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. As a tenant I felt respected and looked after. A special shout out to Debbie from Ogilvy and Sneyd who helped me find the room after initially viewing one in a different one of their properties. Debbie is great and will 100% make sure you are happy with your tenancy. If you are thinking about renting a room / property through her you will be looked after!

I highly recommend the property management services of Mrs Debbie Doolin-Gill at Ogilvy and Sneyd, we had an extremely quick process of getting a tenancy agreement and spend amazing 2 and a half years at a property in Stapleford, where we had consistently amazing communication with the property manager and helpful services in the event of maintenance needs. Mr William Scott-Moncrieff has also proven to be very helpful in his communication with us. Invoices and payment confirmations were very useful to keep a track of our rent payments. We could not be happier while renting with this company.

Rented a property from Ogilvy and Sneyd for 18 months; brilliant first property, we absolutely loved it. Any slight problem we had Will or Chris were prompt to respond and get it sorted for us. They were ways helpful and prossesional. Very friendly, quick and easy service throughout. If we hadn't have been lucky enough to buy our own property we would have stayed for much longer! Rented from them for just over 3 years. Brilliant value for money on the house however very lacklustre in their managing of the property. Took 2 years to get a properly working boiler (this was only replaced after the gas engineer condemned it) Once that was fixed a crack developed in the double glazing where the seal had gone, this was reported when it first happened however didn't get sorted until the crack spanned the entire inside pane of the cartridge. Again brilliant house for the money but if anything does go wrong, don't expect a speedy response. Even took us 4 days to get a call back to get confirmation they had received our notice.
