On August 31, 2024, a representative visited my property to conduct an asbestos check. After completing the inspection, he indicated that there might be potential asbestos presence in one of the storage rooms.

He called his boss to determine if the area needed to be taped off. After a brief phone conversation, they decided not to tape it off but instead took a sample for testing, promising that someone would get back to me within 24 hours.

I am still waiting for a response!

I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and even sent a text message to the number used to confirm the appointment, but I have not received any reply.

This is shocking practice, especially when the safety of others is involved!

If I could give less than a 1 I would!
Ordered 3 coverless quilts over £70! No confirmation I had to email to get a formal update that stated 26th delivering got to the date nothing delivered to then I had to email them they then emailed stating a full refund was given.... no money has been received shocking customer service and ripping customers off
