Beautiful quaint little pub, log fires, stone walls, great decor, well presented food the chips are proper home cooked chips and staff were lovely.

The only thing I’d add is the service was a little slow but the poor girls were run off their feet so it was understandable. Would definitely go again thank you xx

Dropped in for lunch and we weren't disappointed, we had the Club sandwich and prawn sandwich, both of which were fantastic. Lovely village pub setting. We will definitely be back!!!

We popped in for lunch on Saturday. Had a fantastic meal. The chief changed part of the sauce for us as we don't like Stilton cheese. It was gorgeous just what we both wanted.

Great village pub open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Fantastic atmosphere and very nice service.

The food is exceptional and made with top quality, fresh, local produce.

We spent few days days in the village and indulged ourselves with the best Eggs Benedict, crispy Fish and Chips, and divine Mussles Mariniere and perfectly cooked Torbay of Sole!

Highly recommended if you stay in Luckington or if pass by!

Enjoyed our family meal here, staff were friendly and lovely establishment.
The chicken in white wine sauce was delicious! Very good fish and chips too. The children had nuggets and fish fingers (big taste buds) all went down well. Would love to visit again next time we're passing through.

Being a fussy eater I was disappointed when my ham, egg and chips had a mustard dressing, as it didn't say on the menu. But overall the food was of very good quality and my three companions all enjoyed their meals. The pub is very lean and fresh and pleasant. Art works are displayed for sale. Staff were excellent. Would go again.

We ate here because our accommodation was close by and there was nothing else within walking distance. We were surprised by very tasty, good quality food. Plus super nice staff. Even WiFi available. We had chicken in white wine sauce and halumni in beer breading.

Preface to say we dined off-peak (after 3:00 PM).
The host (and our server) was delightful.
Our meal was delicious and also nicely plated. Vegetable lasagna with aubergine (eggplant), mushrooms, peppers, more vegetables and lots of cheese. Excellent garlic bread. Photo is after a few forkfuls were taken.
The interior of the restaurant was quite bright and cheerful, even on a rainy day.
