Love the agency and particularly my broker Desiree Love. I had several bad experiences working with insurance agencies directly (home, car, neighbors homes) and I was using so much time and energy and still feeling I was being taken advantage of. A good friend recommended OD so I reached out. Desiree has been helpful in arranging everything and also giving advice about claims and follow up. It’s totally worth the extra money to pay for a broker but I am pretty sure if compared to previous they are actually saving me money on a net basis.

I have been working with this agency for 10+ years now as a recommendation from my father in law who has been using this agency for 20+ years! I never never felt more confident and taken care of more than working with this agency when it comes to my auto insurance and home insurance.
