Had courier insurance, no longer am a courier 5months into my policy requested the policy changes to a social/commute policy, told this is not possible on this type of insurance and I'm liable for a £850bill, spoke to close brothers finance who they said the liable payment is due to and they are not sure about this and have lodged a complaint on my behalf, now I just need to wait till the complaint is finalised before I can make a formal complaint to the insurance finance onburdsman which I will be doing.

In summary, I cant change my policy which is beyond me as I was never wanting to cancel I just needed lesser cover as I am no longer a courier, but must cancel regardless as I no longer needed this extent of cover but either way I'm liable for a £850 debt, rather then using the 'loan' to cover a new adjusted policy.

More than happy to pay the '£75 cancellation fee' but not happy about paying off £850 demanded within 7!!!!!days

Complaint lodged, will ensure this is fully investigated with onburdsman and this is lawful.

I had taxi insurance policy with this broker 3 years back. Had a horrible experience with them. Today I just wanted to have a quote and check if their service has improved or not. Unfortunately still the same and possibly worse. So rude and disrespectful to customer. Wanted to know my lowest quote before even take my details. Could not deal with it. Had to give up midway through. I will never go back to this scammer again. Waste of time.

Not really an insurance company. More of a man in the middle with extra admin fees. Extra fees for switching vehicles (£90) and extra fees for cancellation (£240+) are just two examples.

All in all not a bad experience. Helped me out after a disqualification. Staff do try to be a bit pushy. Very outdated sales tactics. Shop around before your renewal especially if you have a conviction for DD. 1Answer advisors tell you your policy is likely to get cancelled after inception, if you get a cheaper quote on go compare from other insurers. I spoke to a few companies that offered competitive quotes, and they assured me that this isn’t the case. Do your homework and call ahead to make sure. My renewal was over £1800. Got a cheaper quote at £800. A useful company if your struggling else where. Other than that, there a far better options out there.

Absolutely rubbish highest quotes then when you request refund of deposit refuse stole £379 and talking crap saying money paid in and bank says nothing bin paid in thieves and con merchants refused to let me complain aswel

Anyone looking for impound insurance stay away from this broker .had a 30mins call paid for it promised me I’ll receive email within 20mins waited an hour phoned them twice still waiting .stay away

Bad customer service they no give call to manager every agent playing round round wrong information ….. I’ll advise all privet hair taxi drivers dnt use this insurance company .. customers service dnt know about company management … dnt know who’s running this company. again all privet hair taxi drivers dnt use this company honestly .

Well I tuck the car insurance out next thing I had to amend things first was 120 pound to change a date..2 days later 80 pounds taken with out confirmation for change of something they could of done this first time scamers..I will never be insured with them again
