I have an ongoing claim . Received a hire car yesterday and noticed this am the car tyre was split at the hub side. Phoned up CB3 Charlie advised me to go get a new tyre and they will pay for it. This has been done I am awaiting the funds but resolved fast and easy. Thankyou

I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews but have just had really lovely service from Rachel RT1 who took details of a road traffic accident. She was patient, knowledgeable, supportive, personable, professional and kind. If the claim proceeds in the same manner I shall certainly feel I've had great value and am in safe hands.
One Claim Calls were also excellent in helping modify my policy when my husband died earlier in the year. Their human touch is very much appreciated.

I have an ongoing claim and am expecting a hire car while mine is being repaired. I needed clarification on a couple of things and spoke to Charlie (CB3). He was helpful, clear, considerate and polite. Top marks Charlie 👍
.....So that was yesterday. After a multitude of phone calls and long waits, it seems that Charlie was completely wrong with his responses to my questions. My car is not being repaired and nor do I have a hire car being provided. I am now at a loss to know what to do. Whatever, Charlie (CB3) has caused me considerable stress and financial loss as I now believe I will need to hire a car simply because of the bad advise (admitted by one of the call handlers) which I have received this week from a number of their staff.

Spoke to Romeo Delta 1 (Rebecca) after a slightly stressful time trying to complete an on-line form and then losing it. She was so helpful and understanding, offering me a couple of alternatives. I felt so much better and less stressed following my conversation with her. Her phone manner was reassuring and helpful.
