Initially we were really impressed with the service. We opted for mirror wills written into trust at the cost of £197. The 1st set of documents had mistakes on, we asked for them to be changed, they were but had different mistakes, we then stopped getting responses to our emails and no-one would pick up the phone. In June 18th this year we received an email saying we'd initially shown interest but not gone any further so let's book in a call. I replied saying that we had paid for the service but stopped getting responses when we asked for names to be corrected. I am still waiting for a reply.

Great service from Dusty to write our wills, including a trust for our children. Completely hassle free - booked a phone call for the next day, 40 minutes of questions (all made very easy by Dusty) then our draft wills were sent to us less than a week later. Really appreciate the excellent service to do a job I've been putting off for years. Thank you!

Dusty provided a free will for me and my partner since I am a teacher. Even though Dusty was working for free, he was so attentive and took time to answer all our questions. He drafted the will quickly and was timely when we asked him to make amendments. I would definitely recommend OnPoint Wills and Trusts to anyone looking to make a will but who may be intimidated by the process.
