Vic was fantastic! Hiring him was the best move we ever made - he cut through all of the b.s. the insurance company was shovelling, made them move on all the issues they were stalling on and got us way more money than we thought was possible. He helped us with contents, additional living expenses and found us alternatives for the building backlogs due to COVID. If you are having trouble with your insurance company - HIRE VIC PERSAUD!! Working with Vick Persaud was a pleasure.

My family cottage was badly damaged in the severe thunderstorms during the May 2022 Dercho. I never would have got as much money reimbursed from my claim without Vick’s professional public insurance adjuster guidance.

Vick understood the kind of information and evidence of damage my insurance company needed and directed me in the gathering of that information and evidence. For example, Vick came to my cottage with his head carpenter Matt to assess the damage. He asked me to make a master scope photo dairy of the damaged cottage and explained how he would use it to prove the claims to the insurance co.

Vick always answered my questions as soon as he could. He would spend as long as it took on the phone with me until I understood the situation we were talking about. He has a lot of patience and is very upbeat. Vick also kept me in the loop on the progress of my claim during the entire process.

Vick is a very confident and personable man and easy to reach and talk to.
He has a lot of experience fighting for the claimant and winning.
