I've used Sam several times for car insurance and he is excellent. Got me a substantially better deal for my Tesla Y than anything available on Compared / Confused etc. Not only was it around £600 cheaper it also offered far more cover so i didn't need GAP insurance. Used him everytime since and the service is great. I just needed an adjustment to my policy and it was all sorted within 48 hours. Highly recommend if you are insuring anything of substantial value.

When our Business Insurance came up for renewal, I asked Sam Bowen of Opal Black to take a look at our current policy and provide a quotation. He immediately spotted things we needed to change, such as doubling the limit on our Public Liability Insurance. We naively thought the amount we had was adequate, but Sam explained the sort of things we were leaving ourselves exposed to! It was a no-brainer, especially as it didn’t add a great deal to the overall premium. Sam offers the kind of personal service you just don’t find at most insurance brokers and he genuinely cares about finding you the best value for money. I cannot recommend Sam and Opal Black highly enough for anyone looking for a first-rate insurance broker!
