I cannot say enough how fantastic the service provided by Open Financial Advice specifically Aaron Tyson. I had used a broker to buy my flat but when re-mortgaging my main contact when on maternity leave and her replacement didn't have the capacity for anything that wasn't a quick and easy renewal.

Aaron on the other hand was surprisingly everything I didn't think a broker would be, he was exceptionally patient, organised, selfless, and many more complimentary adjectives that I won't list.

My situation was challenging to say the least and at times I felt very unsure as to how things would play out but a true attribute outside of the above that Aaron possessed was optimism. He was never too downbeat even if an original plan went wrong and ultimately I feel I may have ended up making a different and likely wrong decision if it wasn't for Aaron.

For as long as Aaron and Open IFA are around I'll be as loyal a customer to them as Aaron was to me as they definitely train their staff well and Aaron was an exceptional representative for the company and the industry as a whole.
