Very good experience, mortgage case seen through all the way to a positive result even if a first application was rejected and we had paid the fees.
Maria Mora is a stellar advisor who got us a mortgage in the end by being very thorough in her checking documents and finding solutions to argue for a self-employed income that was initially tricky with lenders.
Very handy as well that once the mortgage was approved she could help with our building and life insurance as well as maintained communication with our solicitors through very stressful times, so services have been excellent from start to finish.

I decided to use Open Fanancial Solutions after scouring the real estate buyer's forums. My biggest concern was not being able to contact the broker after I paid for the service, which from my understanding is a common issue. However, my fears were unfounded, Ms Dorota is a great advisor, very patient, will explain everything, answer your 101 questions, advise on matters not necessarily directly tied up to the mortgage itself, always picking up the phone if she doesn't pick up she certainly will call you back the same day. I would also like to mention that my situation was complicated, and yet Mrs. Dorota managed to get me a mortgage.Also during the first purchase application the seller withdrawn and Mrs. Dorota made an application for another property, at no additional cost. Overall my way to secure mortgage offer was full of obstacles, but it was successful. I am delighted with the Open Financial Services services ,both ladies Mrs Dorota and Mrs.Sylwia, who is equally informed and helpful made the whole process as stress free as possible. Once again I recommend this company to all who are looking for a reliable, professional broker who treats their clients with respect and care. This was the best customer service experience that I had from months. Simply outstanding.
