Did not respond!! They called me and left daily emails, about a debt that was paid off 2 years ago through my IVA. When I called to explain they left me on hold for 35 mins then hung up. I have sent multiple email to their general enquires address listed on website, with NO reply just a chase for debt. The online chat malfunctioned everytime and kept putting me through to different agents, I started to think I was being scammed, My email shows a certificate of completion for this debt. It’s the most frustrating thing when you can’t communicate . Poor form not happy!

Received a letter from this company stating I owed £108 for an old orange contract account. They offered me a £30 settlement fee if I cleared it within 2 weeks. I thought that’s odd as Iv never had an orange contract phone, I googled the company and read the reviews which advised to ask for all details. I sent the company an email telling them I had never had an orange contract and could they provide me a statement, account number and anything else they had on record. I got an email back saying as it has been so long none of these details are available and they would just write it off. Please check before paying any money to them as the letter looked very convincing and some of the older generation might fall for this

This company is a SCAM. Please protect your money and your personal details. They are targeting people and causing panic by claiming money is owed. However, it seems as if they have either purchased people’s details from a third party or stolen the details from somewhere, and using those details to send letters, emails and make phone calls claiming there is outstanding debt.
Please do not fall for this. It is cheaper for you to pay £15 to open an Experian account and check your full credit history, than to fall for this scam and be at loss of hundreds, maybe even thousands of pounds.

DON'T be fooled by these people this is the 1st correspondence i have had in 9 /10 years so would come under statute of limitations -barred after 6 years of no correspondence ( but they're hoping you don't know of that ) not that that matters as this was settled years ago and taken off my credit report. Apparently i owed £150.30 but if i pay £37.58 that is the account settled so i paid it just to get a closure confirmation email and receipt to stop them contacting me or chasing money not owed. they are scratching for what they can get as have been too lazy to contact people correctly!!!!

Chasing me for a debt (over 4 grand!) from over 20 years ago that wasn't even anything to do with me! These people are scammers, look at the reviews and you'll notice many like mine.
1, you don't have to pay a debt that is more than 6 years old.
2, do not give them your current address
3, stand up to them, tell them it's nothing to do with you and ask for proof of the debt.
Do not get sucked into their trap or feel intimidated by these people, they're just trying their luck and looking for easy money from the vulnerable.

Had a random email from this company, they started digging for personal details which they got walled on.
Eventually got told about a debt that's twenty years old, couldn't remember any details about it but luckily know nice bit of law, limitations act of 1980. Which states 6yrs a debt becomes statutory barred...
Well worth a read if anyone struggling and needs a middle finger gesture to allow them to move on.

Chasing a debt for 20+ years ago for my father that passed away 7 YEARS AGO. Asked them what debt and they refused to speak to me because I am not the account holder. Told them I cannot help them then and they said they will keep the account open and hung up on me😂. Not only can they not enforce a debt that is 20 years old they are chasing a dead man. Have fun wasting your time 👋🏻.

If You're Being Harrassed About Old Debts You Know Nothing About, Then Please READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

This company is trying its luck on me. 1st a letter saying I have a Debt of over £800, and now emails requesting contact.
There is NO Debt!

I personally am going to wait for either a Court Summons, or someone to actually come to my door so I can get video footage.
Then I'll see about taking THEM to Court!
