When we move to the UK a few years ago we had very limited knowledge of what we needed in insurances etc. My partner works in a trade and is self-employed, what a relieve it was getting in touch with OPT-Financial as they knew exactly what we needed and they explained in full detail, if it was household insurance, income protection to life insurances, they had it all covered by their very competent staff, We can now enjoy exploring our new adventure here, knowing that we are covered.

SCAM! DO NOT TRUST. I have had a policy out for 6 years and they tried to switch me over and tried to make me pay twice as much as I'm paying now....for the same amount of cover. You will get a call from a mobile number from a guy called Charles. He has all your information and tries to talk to you as if he's your friend. Telling me he is "the life insurance man". he said he set up my policy 6 years ago when it couldn't of been as one of my family members set it up for me as they are still to this day, my financial advisor. Then puts the phone down and half an hour later a number from Taunton, Somerset tries calling you and a foreign guy tries to go through medical questions. HE HAD MY BANK DETAILS!! When I said I didn't want to go through with it, the foreign guy started saying I need to change to ensure the policy was placed into trust. I called up my life insurance provider and they said that was rubbish because they could just send out trust papers free of charge. I've never spoke to, or even heard of this company before and have no idea why they have my bank details. Reported them because what they are trying to do is not right. TYPICAL LIFE INSURANCE SCAM, DO NOT TRUST!

An old scam in a new disguise!

No idea how they got my family's contact information. We weren't interested in any products and neither did we request/agree to any policies from this company. Despite this we had to cancel several direct debit requests. Incredibly deceptive and annoying to deal with.
