I was sent details of Emma & Glyn as I needed to review both myself and my wife’s life & critical illness cover, and they sent information of the services they provide. We arranged for Glyn to visit us, and he explained everything in great detail, with an emphasis on no hard selling, he gave scenarios on what may happen, making us think long and hard about things we’d never considered. Although it took a few hours and a lot of information gathering, we were given proposals on a second visit by Glyn. He gave us options, taking everything into account, lifestyle, hobbies and what would happen should we be too ill to work, but in a way that there was no jargon, straightforward to the point discussion! Very thought provoking stuff!!
I must say, communication with both of them was 1st class and after being offered different options, we decided to go with the most expensive (however, still cheaper for both of us compared to what we pay in insurance for 4 dogs).
Both Emma and Glyn were excellent in exploring options and explaining what option’s suited what cover.
It was a minefield at first, but the diligence and dedication shown by OIP was outstanding. We now have full life cover, critical illness and a policy in place for our daughter.

I can very highly recommend Ormerod Income Protection. Everyone knows we need Life Insurance and Critical Illness cover, but it’s so easy to put it off! Glyn and Emma made the whole process easy. Everything was explained really well, and I know they are always at the end of the phone going forward.
I wish I’d taken these products sooner, I have such peace of mind now.
To get a pay-out should I have a heart attack or a cancer diagnosis, even if I survive, means I wouldn’t be worried about money at such an awful time.
