Otus were able to see me at very short notice and, during a free consultation, to provide a very knowledgeable outline of the potential mortgages that I could have pursued based on the information I provided. Neil talked me through a range of providers using a specialist comparison tool that was sophisticated and took into account a lot of different factors.

My situation was quite simple and I had already done some research on the market using an online comparison website - we worked out fairly quickly (in about 10 minutes) that it would not be cost-effective to engage them as a broker service on this occasion. Fantastic!!! Christian advised on everything that would be required. My credit needed work on our first attempt but he was still able to secure a few lenders. we worked on my credit and the next application was done in minutes with a great rate from a high street lender.

From there, it was easy! He explained the next steps, what and when things would happen and how the whole process works going forward. we have now gone from 1st time buyer to investigating a self build.
