Natalie could not be more helpful or efficient at booking in appointments and keeping you updated. Andy is a star. He has visited for three jobs over the past few years - changing window locks the first time and the second time replacing a blown double glazing unit. This week I struggled to lock my back door, phoned in the afternoon and he was with me the following morning - not only did he fix the problem, but the door has never locked that smoothly since the day it was installed. Highly recommended.

We had a few windows that needed attention with blown glass . Andy came to visit and suggested we could replace glass with no bars . So we decided to have them all done . I am completely stunned how great they are . The vista is so open now , rooms are lighter . Absolutely delighted . The service is excellent . Saved a fortune . Would highly recommend. Absolutely outstanding! Natalie in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful, gave us two possible, very reasonable prices based on which particular mechanism we have and booked us in for the next available slot. Andy arrived when he was supposed to, was also extremely pleasant from the word go, took his shoes off without even asking (not every tradesperson does so), took a look and assured us it would be working like new very soon. True to his word, it does indeed now work like new. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them unreservedly.
