Their advice helped me navigate the process of making a claim in an easy way. The dedicated claims manager allocated was a pleasure to deal with and I commend him to the company as an excellent ambassador. My renewal is due so I am not looking for any other quotes and I am going with them again. What more can I say but well done.

Pantaenius have been fantastic throughout our claim, paying promptly when the claim was settled and even part paying the account when we needed emergency accommodation. My classic yacht Saoirse was sadly dismasted over a weekend. I emailed Pantaenius to give them a heads up. On the Monday morning at 09.00 I received a call from them and they said they would arrange a surveyor. Within a couple of hours I had a call from the surveyor and he arranged to meet me that afternoon.

A fews days later I had quotation for a repair and by the ned of the week Pantaenius had given me the go ahead. Amazing service. They weren't the cheapest insurance quote I had received but when needed them most they came good.
