Parcel SafePlace - Secure Parcel Management -

Great in theory but doesn't work in larger buildings. What happens is a rushed driver arrives with say 200 packages for the building. They scan one, the door opens then they dump the 200 packages in a pile. No one gets notifications and they're left with a big pile to sort through. Different couriers dump their deliveries in different piles and suddenly the room is full of packages in random places and it takes forever to search through them. It's the thing people complain about most in my building.

Honestly the idea is great, but practically what happens is 80% of my deliveries don't trigger a Parcel SafePlace CODE. I then have to spend 5-7 mins trying to generate a resident code by email because it's either slow or takes a couple of attempts to generate the code.

SOLUTION: Please come up with an app for residents to register and authenticate with the app (face ID or something) to go in and fetch their parcels

We are installing parcel safe space in all of our buildings and it has saved so much time and trouble for all of the staff on site. It is so easy to use, the installers and aftercare team are all professional and very good at what they do. This really does the job of a full time member of staff in a big building. Highly Recommended

This is the best service my apartment building has! How many times have you missed a parcel because you work a normal 9-5 or you're told off for sending too many parcels to work?! This completely alleviates that and you don't have the fear of leaving it with neighbours you don't know. Brilliant service, really simple and perfect for people with busy lifestyles.

We have just moved to London and our building uses Parcel SafePlace for deliveries. We receive notifications very quickly following the delivery of a parcel and the system to access the Parcel is very easy to use.

I did have an issue after-hours this weekend. I emailed the company support email and received a response within minutes and he was able to resolve the issue and provide me access to the parcel room much faster than I would have expected.

I am very impressed and very glad we have such a responsive and efficient service at our building.

I'm a courier and I use one of these rooms in one of the properties I deliver to regularly. I think they're amazing, it makes my job so much quicker and easier(especially this time of year) and I know that the parcels I deliver there are safe.
The other day I couldn't find the concierge and I'd forgotten the door code, but luckily the support team contacted me within about 2 minutes so I'd like to thank them for that.
Overall I think they're a brilliant idea and hopefully the other properties I deliver to will soon get one too! It just means that I can deliver all my parcels first time and they are secure for the customer.

It's an efficient way to collect my parcels. Don't need to worry about the delivery time, especially I'm on holiday or away for work. If there is any policy or system to avoid the same person accumulate too many parcels in the same period or remind people don't forget to collect them, that would be great. The door doesn't locked smoothly every time, there is a safety risk, we have a security and CCTV tho. In general, I like this service.

I live in a building which uses Parcel SafePlace for deliveries. Its brilliant, I get the notifications straight away and its easy but secure for me to then access my parcel.

I recently had a problem trying to locate my new passport, it turned out the courier hadnt' delivered it to the parcel safeplace but to my building's office. Dean was super helpful in assisting me to find it and based on his tips I managed to locate it 🙂
