Cannot recommend enough. Ivor provided excellent help and advice. He has a superb knowledge and is able to communicate what we needed to know clearly. We had conversations on zoom which worked for us. He addresses all of the issues we sought advice on and also suggested some other things we hadn't even thought about. He seemed very reasonably priced for the service provided. Will be using again. Recommended to other family members and they have been really pleased too.

Ivor is truly S-Tier.
Park did our second mortgage on a house during the insane interest rate peak, and the experience was spot on from beginning to end.
They were always updating me in time, incredibly knowledgable, friendly, accommodating.
It was the perfect experience.

Our experience with Ivor at Park Financial with our re mortgage
was the complete opposite of the usual uninformed information less
nightmare.
Ivor was knowledgeable about the products, realistic about what we wanted and could get, also quick, efficient and available to answer our questions. In short stress free, would highly recommend, and will be using some of there other financial services.

Ivor was recommended to us when we needed someone to unravel an unusual situation involving two purchases and a sale within our family. We spoke with a number of recommended financial advisors but he was the only person to work out how it could be done properly.

Not only that but he is an excellent communicator, the most important thing in property, and he was the only professional during that eight month period that I would ever engage with again. He often helped to step in when the three sets of solicitors could barely drag their knuckles off the floor to respond to an email, let alone pick up a phone (they were absolute trash and some of the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with)

Always polite, helpful, direct and honest, most importantly - efficient. My wife and I have around 20 odd years property experience between us and Ivor is a stand out both in our own experience but also working with those in the industry at all levels.
