If I could this company would get no stars. Absolutely crap. As I was selling my parkhome I told this company I would pay monthly. Upon completion I cancelled my direct debit to be told £10 cancellation fee plus percentage to insurance company. Total of £57. Disgusting. Please avoid

After paying this company for three years, when we needed their help all we received were platitudes, various excuses and finally, the fault with our Park Home (built by manufacturer now bankrupt) rests solely with us to put right financially. The Warranty was never fully explained to us when we bought the home, paperwork missing/not registered by previous first owner. Again excuses. Legal advice suggested we end the policy and find another Insurer for the future.Ye Gods, we are pensioners now so our savings once spent can never accrue. However, after reading other comments we know we are not alone in not recommending them. After finding a local company to try and remedy exterior fault, we were honest with another insurance company, who of course cannot accept liability as this fault lay within the time frame of previous cover. This new Insurer is being adopted by most of our neighbours on our development, less expensive with the same cover. Cannot believe we have been so foolish to believe we were in good hands.

Very poor customer service, took out car insurance and needed to change car. Was sat in dealership waiting for a call back which never came, called and asked to speak to the person dealing with it only to be told they had gone home. Do not use….

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Customer for 3 years & never made a claim until this year,had to have a faulty front door lock replaced. Sent invoice, damage report & photo`s but Assist refused to pay the claim of £125 saying this was "wear & tear" so if your roof leaks would that be classed the same? please do not waste your time or money with this company, they should change their name to NON Assist.

BUYER BEWARE! I took out home insurance with this company and took out extra cover for unspecified items to ensure if I lost any of my personal items I had cover. I went travelling with peace of mind knowing that my items are covered under my insurance and when I lost my mobile phone whilst away I came back to make a claim on my unspecified items insurance just to be told they won't pay out as I have to specify on my unspecified insurance that I own a mobile phone! You just couldn't make this stuff up. Even the lady on the phone said she can see how it's confusing! Well of course it is, they have designed the policy to be confusing to trick us out of paying out! I needed an insurance cover I could rely on when needed not con men trying to trick me! Never again. Policy will be cancelled today. I'm not staying with these Cowboys until something else happens and they refuse to pay. Thank god it was just a mobile phone and not my actual home that I needed to claim for! Lesson learnt. Stay well away. Choose NaCo instead!

They promised a lot but delivered nothing. They were unable to provide me with a quote for car insurance and buildings / contents insurance. They blamed their underwriters for this. This may be true, but that´s their problem and not mine. I did find a solution with another insurance broker, so I was not exactly asking the impossible to begin with. Overall a huge disappointment.

Efficient but very pushy company - constant phone calls and chase letters in order to get payment for my Park home insurance - not due for 2-3 weeks though!
