I was extremely impressed and happy with choosing Patrick Gardner. Part of the reason, for choosing Patrick Gardner, was that they are local, to where I was living, and also appeared to be the most popular Agents in the whole area. After my first visit I never doubted my decision.

During the first visit to take details I felt comfortable and confident. This continued during the 'viewings' which were arranged with convenience and respect considered.

I was led and encouraged by all the staff throughout the whole process. All staff were pleasant, calm, encouraging and helpful. Charlotte was exemplary in all her phone calls and correspondence and was also very kind and patient.

Patrick Gardner achieved my goal of selling the house.
I was updated all the time. I always felt I could contact PG at any time and no question was too much to answer. I was made to feel relaxed, at ease and optimistic.

Without hesitation I shall be contacting Patrick Gardner, again, in the autumn as I have another property to sell. I am confident it will not be a problem for them and look forward to working with the team again.

Terrible service from a tenant's perspective. Slow/no resolutions to issues with the property include but not limited to a woodlice infestation, moss growing through windows, broken blinds in the lounge and the bathroom etc. Receiving unwarrented invoices for rents despite no payments being missed. Them trying to gaslight me into believing the property was professionally cleaned upon moving in despite many issues with cleanliness at the start.

Cannot manage landlord’s to save their lives. Made our once fabulous letting in Bookham into a nightmare. Constantly went out of their way to make our move out of a long-term tenancy unpleasant by organising viewings in our last week of tenancy. Moreover tried to blame us for a water ingress issue that was investigated and repaired during the tenancy.
