I contacted Patriot Claims for helping me with my insurance claim that was denied in order to replace my roof that was damage due to the weather. Mr. Ted came and inspected and found that the roof was really damage and needed to be replaced. He contacted my insurance and they got together to inspected and show all the damages. Mr. Ted was able to demonstrate the severe damage and the need of replacing the roof due to hail and tree branches that fell due to the bad weather. After 6 months after reporting to my insurance and due to their denied with the help of Patriot Claim Services finally my insurance approved. Ms. Stephanie was my primary contact in Patriot Claim and she provided the best customer service ever. She was always very positive, energetic, professional. Both, Ted and Stephanie are great in helping, providing the necessary support, great communication and always keeping informed of what is going on and what will be the next step. May the Lord bless this company that is there to help the community.

Appreciative of the support and assistance navigating our claim. Stephanie and Gary were both terrific communicators throughout the process. At one point, we thought we would have to go through the courts to gain a settlement. But, with perseverance and many calls, things finally got rolling. I was referred to Stephanie at Patriot Claim Services by my roofing contractor (Blake at Remedy Roofing) when my insurance company offered a rather paltry settlement. I had never heard of a public adjuster or that kind of process before, but I’m so glad I used them! That part of the process drug out for MONTHS due to my insurance company’s pitiful cooperation, but Stephanie was there to guide me all the way. Anyone needing help with insurance claims should consider employing Patriot Claim services. Their adjustors are very attentive, thorough, and professional. They stay in touch and worked very hard on my claim. If not for them I would not have my claim settled. I found out my insurance company was happy to take my money for coverage every month for 12 years but treated me like dirt when I submitted my first and only claim after all those years faithfully paying my premiums. Although initially approved for a bottom dollar amount, my homeowner’s insurance was not willing to budge on a reasonable amount to cover the complete cost to replace our roof plus interior drywall damage sustained. Our roofer referred us to Stephanie and Ted at Patriot Claim Services and all but guaranteed that they would get us a higher amount than originally offered. After a second appraisal and only a few weeks, they were able to secure an approval that was 95% greater than what was initially offered to us! They are undoubtedly worth every penny if you’re looking to fight back with your homeowner’s insurance company for a fair replacement amount. I would recommend their services 10 times out of 10.

My roof went bad and the insurance was not willing to pay anything. I then decided to hire patriot claims and the best part about it is

1. Stephanie knew how to tackle the insurance company so that I could win

2. She was always communicating with me about the next steps

3. We hired an appraiser and he was very friendly and kind guiding us well

4. The fee was very nominal.

And in the end the insurance decided to pay me 35k for my roof. I would surely hire these guys to help you win over the insurance.
