The staff in the office are lovely but sadly they will no longer insure my woodburner despite there always being one at the property and this particular one was newly installed last year and correctly serviced and maintained. Just a word of warning to new customers, as this wasn't mentioned to me when I took out the policy. Disappointing, especially given that they are twice as expensive as the other park home insurers. There is no mains gas in my bit of Cornwall, and some insurers won't cover oil heating, so the situation is very unhelpful.

The service and advise I received when enquiring about my mobile home insurance was absolutely amazing, so much so, that I cancelled my current policy and switched immediately. I still made considerable savings even having to pay a leaving penalty. I now have a considerably better Policy and at a lower cost.
Who said old fashioned quality customer service doesn’t exist anymore?certainly not me, with my experiences with Paul Baker. Real people and a joy to deal with. If tempted to peruse interest in their services, don’t hesitate.

My brother took out insurance with Paul Baker Insurance Services, for our park home several years ago, and was very happy with the service he received. After my brother died last year, I then took over dealings with the company. They were extremely professional and helpful when transferring the policy into my name and earlier this year, renewing the policy. I have just sold the park home and again, the person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful. She immediately organised the cancellation of the policy and arranged a refund for the outstanding months. Over the past 7 months, I have had a lot of paperwork etc to sort out, and it makes such a difference when a company like this sorts out things so professionally and efficiently.
