Very disappointed with the service here. Without mentioning names, I attempted to arrange a viewing on a bungalow in Great Wyrley my wife and I were told, no viewings on Saturdays past 2pm, closed on Sundays and unable to accommodate any viewings in the evening past 5.30pm. Then to be told have a think and call back if you can work around our times just wasn’t great. All in all a frustrating experience and based on this I would not buy or sell with the team at this branch.

We found a property with Paul Carr that we really wanted.
It was a deceased estate so Dana Stone showed us around the property, she was so helpful, she answered all our questions and didn't rush us, so we had a good look at everything we needed to.

We put in an offer the same day and Dana has made the whole process go smoothly via emails and telephone conversation, we are both retired so it has made it so easy for us to buy our final retirement home.
