This family run company is fabulous.
I measured for my artificial grass but made a big booboo but the young lady sent the fitters to measure. If they hadn't measured for me I would have had 12 metres more than I needed. So a big thankyou to all the staff for being so helpful. I will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them. 10 out of 10 once again, thank you 😊
I must add the the fitters who measured didn't acfuly do the fitting.

Would recommend Paul Robert’s Flooring to everyone. Will not be beaten on price, quality or customer service! We have had our whole house done with them, a variety of floor types and they have done an absolutely fantastic job of all of it! Rang the shop this morning to enquire if they had any vinyl flooring in stock for me to go and see. Arrived at the shop to be greeted by such a lovely, helpful lady who asked what my measurements were and showed me what they had available. Due to living in a rental property I did not want to spend a great fortune, the lady in store politely showed me what they had available and gave me some vinyl flooring for free! This small gesture has made my day! Thank you so much. I have now recommended Paul Roberts Flooring to my family and friends as I was so impressed by this friendly gesture and will be back in future for any of my flooring needs. Thank you once again!

Went to the store to choose a carpet, service was excellent talking us through the range available, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The price and quality were excellent too compared to the competition so haggling wasn't necessary.

Had a whole house of carpets installed, the process took maybe a couple of hours. The installers turned up on time, did their job and moved on, very impressed.

Couldn't recommend more.

Just recently we have had installed a new lounge carpet and new vinyl in the kitchen. The price was very competitive no one could match their price, not even close. As for installation two guys turned up & on time punctual polite and professional. All left overs that could be used were stacked for us to use as doormats etc and the rest was bagged up for us to be hauled off to the local skip for recycling. We are so pleased with the service we would use them again and would highly recommend them to all. As for parking its easy in and out and the premises are clean and tidy with lots of samples to choose from.
