I hadn't heard of Peacock Insurance Services and came across them via a comparison website. A representative from Peacock called me immediately my quotes came through and I was reluctant to speak to them as prefer doing my insurance on-line. What a pleasant surprise! The representative, Evan Clarke, was super quick, very helpful and within 10 mins max we had completed the deal at £20 less than any other quote I had received. I was struggling to find cover for a new venture, hiring out soft play and a bouncy castle. After filling in a form online, I received a phone call and the team were super supportive. Tony went through the different options available and answered any questions I had. After some consideration I then spoke to Evan who took me through things in more detail, answered any further questions and made the process fast and easy for me to purchase the cover I required. Evan also made clear next steps if I needed to add anything else to my policy or make any changes etc.

Fantastic experience with Peacock insurance. Although it wasn’t the cheapest option, it wasn’t far off anyway. But, for me it wasn’t as much about the price as it was about the person I dealt with over the phone and with over 10 calls made to different insurance companies not a single person came even remotely close to how I was approached, talked to and treated like I was with a guy called Jake Evans from Peacock. One of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of speaking over the phone with. Nothing was too much trouble, answered all my questions in a professional yet chilled manner. Honestly he is a great asset to the company and I personally can only wish that I can employ people like him. Had offer based on my true details, after cancelled and charged cancellation fee because isn't enough paperwork. So, I lost half grand for 15 day's insurance! Rascals, no other words. Don't know where froud police looking..
