I've rented from Pearce and Co for the past 4 year, it been a notably fantastic and stress-free experience from start to end of my tenancy. There wasn't a time I didn't feel heard.
All issues I'd encountered was dealt with promptly. Corinna my lettings manager was always there keeping me informed, her transparency was truly appreciated.
Overall the staff there are most reliable, i highly recommended them to anyone looking for a property service that prioritize their clients.

When I moved to the UK from abroad, I was worried about renting as I didn't have any credit reference or landlord reference. After seeing a few terrible houses with other agents, Corinna connected with me from Pearce and Co in reply to my enquiry and showed me a beautiful flat that I fell in love with the minute I walked in! Corinna herself was so friendly, polite and helpful. She told me how to set up council tax, electricity etc and spoke to the landlord about waiving the credit reference since I was new to the country and used an employer reference instead. We developed a friendship as I used to pass the office on the way to the super market and Corinna was always welcoming even though it was not a managed property and I was dealing with the owner. I must have done something good in my past life to have met her as my first agent. The problem is she set the bar so high for letting agents that no one else comes close!
Unfortunately I had to move, and the new agent does not reply to calls or mails after getting my business even though it is a managed property! Their customer service is pathetic and I am so frazzled with chasing them up!
If anyone needs to rent or buy around Chertsey, please speak to Pearce and Co, you will not regret using them!

I've been dealing with Corinna and the team at Pearce & Co for over 4 years and it's been always a pleasant experience. I have always had prompt responses and have had the issues with the flat resolved quickly.

I had to terminate my last contract very early into it because of personal reasons, both Corinna and the landlord were very fair to me and understanding in that situation and the deposit deductions were also reasonable. I can recommend them.

After having a nightmare experience with another estate agents, Pearce and Co really built my confidence back up in estate agents. We viewed a beautiful apartment and we moved in the following week! Such a speedy service, got all the checks/contracts/paperwork sorted within 5 working days! Incredible! They replied so quickly on all occasions and am confident if I rang with any problems they would resolve it as a matter of urgency.
