Absolutely disgraceful social skills my daughter orderd food chips curry n prawn crackers at 8.07pm its currently 10:21 and still waiting ive phoned up once they dont know when order coming i phoned a second time they still dont know and while I'm trying to work out is it anywhere near ready for going out some.mouthy man from the back comes forward and tells the lady am talking to to end the phone and she does just that... if your reading this review it is very rood and very unprofessional maybes they need to find different work because thats not how to deal with customers that have a query especially wen theve waited very patiently for a portion of chips for 3 hours almost in all fairness I dont even think the order will arrive as they close in five minutes soo yea custom lost will not be returning! Disgusting

Ordered not long after opening time so no reason for the food to be so dry and hard like it’s been heated up from the day before or something. Never normally complain but what a bad portion of food that was. Waste of money. Went in the bin. Covered in salt to cover up the taste of it being warmed up and basically all just scrappy bits of food. Very disappointed

Food was alright. However service bad and they weren’t helpful. So, we didn’t receive our prawn crackers that we are meant to receive due to the amount we spent. We also received a tub of mixed vegetables as a chow mein. I rang up about my issue and I received a responses of a girl who laughed on the phone about my issue and couldn’t give me a straight response. Very disappointing

Ordered last night chicken chowmain the chicken was awful tasted and smelt off! I ordered a egg omelette that was beyond saltie and boiled rice was under cooked the food was uneatable I don't normally complain as I'm aware of how busy places can get but needed to this time I'm afraid as food was disgusting think a new chef is needed it's a lot of money to spend and end up binning it

hello I got an order saturday to 36 Sunnydale, after waiting over a hour & half I was told my food was ready but you were waiting on a driver. 30 minutes later a young girl with blond hair ran up the street with a bag which then told me it wasnt our and had to go back to the car which was parked half way down the street. the food was cold. id spent just short of £50 and waited 2 hours to be told sorry on the phone . I don't believe this is acceptable and I would like a refund, if not I'll happily go further with the complaint. after looking at reviews it seems I'm not the only one. I've been a customer of yours for years and unfortunately it has massively gone down hill I won't be coming back

Took almost 2hrs for delivery ,I did phone and they said they were waiting for the driver that was 1hr 30 min into the order,we had to microwave all the food . The delivery person came sprinting from halfway down the street with our order and then had the wrong order . Very poor for a £50 order not that it should matter how much you spent but terrible service, grandkids were ready bed waiting for food that supposedly takes 40min-1hr ,that's me done we peking chef unfortunately
