What could they have done better?
Honestly, it’s hard to find areas where Penny could have done better. Her communication was clear, she listened attentively, and her advice was tailored to our needs. Overall, we’ve been very impressed with her support and professionalism.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were seeking an adviser who would take the time to listen to our history and truly understand our needs, which Penny did from the very first meeting. Previously, we had approached a large local company, but to this day, I’m still waiting to hear back from them.
