Disgusting service.Told them my mother had passed away.I was told they will be sending a form out to be signed etc.
No form arrived ,I then had to call up again .I was told the letter will be send recorded delivery.No form came.I then had to ring again and have a stern word only to be told the recorded letter hadn't been sent.
No only am I struggling with the passing of my mom but having to deal with this incapable ,inconsiderate company.
Should be ashamed of themselves.

Beyond poor. Pension due on 22 June (lump sum and confirmation of monthly payment). After being chased, a letter on 26 June saying they are doing their calculations and despite three calls since to chase up and the promise of a call back - nothing, nearly four weeks later. Abysmal.

Rang several times just to get a quote for an early pension plus a quote for my 60th birthday it's just a small pension and it's taken three weeks so far they said they have to work it out manually, which a load of rubbish
