I’m not sure if I could have successfully purchased my first home without Julie. First-time homebuyers inevitably have tons of questions for their mortgage advisors—some of which can seem downright silly. I know because I asked plenty myself. I have had consistently positive experiences with Jorden who has proven himself across a range of disciplines from Mortgage Capacity Reports (for divorce proceedings), Mortgage for my new home (Jorden explored all options as I was worried about my age being a limiting factor), to Buildings & Contents and Life Assurance.

Jorden listened and understood what I needed, before he presented options. He is thorough in explaining products, together with their advantages and disadvantages. Copies of terms and conditions were sent promptly on request. Jorden is rigorous on Compliance in terms of his regulatory obligations, etc, and regularly undertakes training (sitting exams) to ensure all professional accreditations are up-to-date.

I have also found Jorden to be conscientious and accommodating for example requests for updated Mortgage Capacity Reports were sometimes needed at short notice, but Jorden still delivered!

Jorden genuinely wanted to do his best for me, and even spent some of his own time on my Mortgage application. He was never pushy and when there was an element of an insurance policy that I didn’t need, he respected my rationale and looked for a suitable product.
