Ellie both sold our old house and found us our new. From the off she was professional, straightforward, helpful and frank, all qualities we greatly appreciated. While the sale and purchase of the properties was going through, Dee called me every week at a regular time to provide updates on all houses in our chain, and answered any questions quickly and helpfully. Wanted to view on the Internet properties for sale with your company. Tried all sorts apart from standing on my head and was unable to view any properties for sale. So no cosy sit with hubby looking thro possible properties for sale. Uninprest. If there is a secret way to access the properties on offer I didn't find it, so site also not user friendly.

The agent failed to inform my wife & I of a property that we had been booked to view on a Saturday morning had actually been take off the market. Fortunately, we had the foresight to call ahead of the visit to see if it was indeed still on as we had not heard anything since the booking, only for them to nonchalantly say it was no longer available.

We just felt a complete lack of care, resulting in them losing the opportunity to list our own period home, which went to a competitor of theirs who were absolutely brilliant, selling it in less than a week for a competitive price.

There is sadly just a sense of snobbery with Period Homes, who rely on their perceived reputation, rather than actually delivering a good customer experience.
