They make the process very painful. They don't accept any online documents for utility bills or council tax in an era that everything is recommended to be PAPERLESS. I have my full time job to deal with and there is this hassle of a process.

Would like to say brilliant experience with one of the staff members by the name of Maria, very helpful and understanding. Stayed on the phone with me until I uploaded my documents and confirmed that they are the correct ones which I had sent. Wish everyone was like this.

Worst customer service I ever had.
The women on the phone was very rude.
They filled in my application wrong.
I phone them before they send my details off and they assured me yeah everything as it should be.
They didn’t put my previous name in the right section.

Then said sorry we don’t check customers previous names. Why did They ask for deed pol certificate for my previous name if they are not going to check it put it in the correct section?

Instead of helping she just says use another company.

When asked if I can speak to anyone to put a complaint in?
She says I am the manager you got to deal with me.
Absolute joke of a company.

The best company I and my some of my family members have done their DBS with. Very effecient and pragmatic. Was served by Kevin this time and managed to get it done super quick with his guidance.
