I've worked at Peru Consulting for almost 6 years and love the culture and family spirit. The founding Directors make time to speak with every one on a personal level, treat them fairly and share insights into business information and strategy. After undergoing two close family bereavements in 6 months, all Directors and colleagues were hugely supportive, allowing flexible working, empathy and space to grieve. They also regularly invite feedback and input from every single employee about how things are done at Peru Consulting, not just dictating how the business works. In 2021 our employees voted Peru Consulting as a Great Place to Work and the certification is displayed on the website, this was gained through in-depth feedback surveys showing faith and trust in the business owners.
