Very quick, professional service from pet proactive ! All admin done through my vets but pet proactive kept me in the loop via email, very kind and professional. I highly recommend this insurance. Huge piece of mind for my 3 month old bulldog puppy who was so poorly , thankfully he is now well on the road to recovery but knowing he is insured with a simple clear policy with no hidden charges or rules is wonderful. So grateful for the prompt and efficient service received from Pet Proactive. Whilst recovering from her spaying operation, our poor cat Nala had a nasty fall and broken her leg. She had prompt surgery and is now recovering swiftly (much to the family's relief!).

I wish all companies were like this one, I phoned them yesterday to sort out a claim for one of my dogs, they explained everything, we're really lovely on the phone. Kept me informed about everything and then phoned me today to say it's all been sorted and payment will be made with 4-5 days, have just logged into my bank and payment is already there. Excellent service and very friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend them

Absolutely amazing service, above and beyond, updated every step of the way. They made everything easy during this extremely stressful ordeal.

Hand on heart beautiful animal loving staff that all showed genuine concern for my 14 week old kitten that slipped off the kitchen worktop and broke his back leg.

I NEVER EVER GIVE A 5 STAR REVIEW but had to for petproactive as they truly earned it and wowed me along the way with loving messages of concern and wellbeing checks etc etc.

Cyril hasn't even been back for his post op check up appointment yet ive had multiple lovely messages / emails / updates of true concern. I felt i was talking to a friend not an insurance company employee.

Also both my vets and the specialists that carried out the surgury have been paid in full via a direct claim in less than a week so they don't mess about they get things done.

They may be fairly new to the game but they have definitely grabbed the pet insurance sector by the scruff of the neck.

Why can't all companies be like this! Just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I cannot recommend them highly enough especially as the little things go a long way for me and they have gone way past the level of 'just a insurance company'

They have definitely earned a slot on the Christmas card list to say the least..

Thanks pet proactive for bringing my little loonatic bundle of fur back from a awful mishap.

I took out this insurance as our vets use them. Excellent level of cover, affordable and so easy as the vets put all claims through so no form filling for me!
Our pup broke her foot so we are so glad that we took out insurance for her.
Payment was made to our vets very quickly.
