By far the worst insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After cancelling a policy with them after selling a vehicle I was charged almost the full value of the policy in various cancellation fees. Despite various emails explaining I was unable to make the payment immediately at the point of cancellation they still tried several times to take the money from my account causing further financial issues. The level of customer service I have received is absolutely shocking and I hope I never have to deal with awful thieving company ever again.

Made me feel I was wrong to be enquiring about my refund. Didn't really initially want to cancel my insurance policy but I went from a bigger car to a smaller 2 door car and they were the only company which was charging me an extortiate amount of money. So I cancelled but they still shouldn't make u feel like your being a pest with regards to asking where my refund was

Had to recently cancel my car insurance after 3 months after selling my car. Was charged £55 cancellation fee. Total rip off. I expected to pay a fee as is usual but this figure is just extortionate and cannot be justified.
First and last time I will use this company

I enquired on line re insuring our classic MG. Quote was good and a lot less than our current insurer. However when I thought I would 'go for it" I was asked to take photos of the car etc. and I wasn't feeling well and up to the bother. I decided then to stick with my present insurer. I find now money had been deducted from my bank and I don't understand why. Guess it says in the small print but am not happy.

£55 cancellation fee and £90+ early fee. Never known it cost me this much when selling a car mid insurance. Cheap but terrible service.

I've taken out insurance with Peter Best through a comparison site and had no idea what to expect. After the first payment I received a call saying that I had missed a claim off (it was entered on the comparison site but didn't go over to them for some reason). I've had this happen once before from a different company and they made me feel as though I was a criminal because of it but Peter Best explained the issue and resolved it quickly.

Today my insurance was set to cancel due to a payment not going through with the credit broker but once again, one phone call to the offices and it was all cleared up and sorted right away (Thanks Diane). I've always hated the experience of any type of insurance as usually the call centres just don't care and the companies just want money but these guys seem to really want to help and give you a good experience.

Just idiots!! AVOID!! After waiting 30 mins on the phone, a ,,lady" answered my call and she was pretending that she can't hear me. It happened couple of times from different locations and phones so it's not about a bad signal. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT SOON! CHEAPEST FOR A REASON!
