Their digital self ordering kiosk was pathetic and extremely slow. After selecting an item, you have to wait for hours to go to next option.

Ordered two "Meal for 1" deal, Burger with Fries and Drinks. (Which was the only normal priced item) - rest of the items were much expensive.

Chicken Burger was fine, Angus Burger was smelly like beef was stored in freezer for days. The fries was ok but they have got smart ways to rip off customers, with an additional 50 pence you can have dustings of spices and I opted for a Lemon Pepper one, and trust me it took hours to find any remains of spice dust 😃
No Sauces served. Dry - Spice less fries. Better to eat boiled potato at home.
Cola, even cola was disappointing. It was their own made cola which was nothing but a sweetened black water with No fizz.

My girlfriend and I had just gone ice skating and where looking for a place to eat. We stopped here and immediately we loved the style and atmosphere. The food is very nice and is very affordable. I bought a kids meal, plain burger with potato tots and a side for £6 and got a lot of food. Additionally I’m a really picky eater and I absolutely loved the food. My girlfriend loved their pulled pork dish. Definitely recommend!!

Been here a couple of times when the Mananger was always here. He was a chill nice guy always respect and appreciate the customers review.
Now the Mananger left is like they’re paying for the food out of their pockets. Have a look at what burger I’ve ordered and what I got, a meat worth a 1/4 of the size of the burger thick as a nail of your finger.
Not fair, complained but they didn’t care

Been here couple of times but it was very nice place, I just went today there with 2 friends, we ordered 3 burgers and fires. Payed 48£ for mediocre food, it arrived after 25 minutes which is crazy for a fastfood place, I ask for the burgers not to be spicy but all of them were, after all this minutes only the burgers arrived and the fires after more minutes. The staff did not help in any way, they just told us to wait, we were the only people in there so how can take for 3 burgers more than 25 minute to make. Very disappointing, will not come again.

Great service!! Google info said the shop was open till 4am. I arrived at 2:30am and the staff said they were closing and google was not updated correctly. They however honoured my order which was very nice of them. Food all fresh and tasty.

I’ve only been to this shop once and I will definitely not be returning. I ordered a burger, but the chicken was extremely salty so salty that it was not edible at all. I tried to eat it since I had paid for it, but I simply couldn’t. I told the staff that the burger was too salty, and the chips as well were both very salty and very oily. Instead of addressing my concern, the staff completely ignored me and didn’t offer to make a fresh one or provide any solution. In the end, I had to leave the food there and walk away hungry. It was a really bad experience overall.

Phat Buns what can I say about this place other than what some of these fake or paid for individuals haven't said already or are too afraid too say as they may lose their precious $$$'s or money off vouchers. I thought I would tell it how it was and to put things down as bluntly & succinctly as possible. No holds barred as they say to give an honest impression of this place, my 1st and last visit.
We walked in only to be greeted by a huge menu with so many tempting dishes, in the end we settled on what we all wanted. Yet again I was travelling with my brother & my poor unfortunate niece who got lumbered to come with us through no fault of her own.
The food arrived within what felt like seconds of us ordering. It was at that point we should have realised something was astray but no we blindly thanked the waiter & went about starting to consume our spread.
What did I then find the chips were luke warm at best some would even say they were cold, but I thought I'd be generous. The brisket sandwich I was given had 1 melted piece of american plastic (aka as cheese) at the bottom on top of the warm patty, then the top layer had 2 un-melted pieces of American plastic with dollops of this so-called brisket which was ice cold just like the cheese
My brother felt short changed with both the chips & the sandwich I had received & asked the waiter about both of them, we were then given a hot bowl of chips which were quite nice to be fair, shame our first plate was straight out of the freezer
The sandwich we were told the brisket is pre-cooked & the American cheese was supposed to be like that, unmelted.
This was a travesty to brisket giving it to us stone cold along with a warm'ish patty. Sadly I had to consume this as money is tight these days and we had no other alternative.
The staff most certainly needed further training, I don't think they realise that food is supposed to be provided hot not cold unless its a shake or a drink. And then claiming this orange square of American is supposed to be left as if they just took out of the packet from the fridge. It seems they just provided us with whatever leftovers they could scrape together & give those to us as if we had been given the meals for free yet paid out a lot of money for.
To top it all off they even left the front door wide open & we were greeted with constant streams of smoke inhalation no idea what we were taking it but it sure wasn't good for us, no heating either.
Avoid this place there are plenty of decent burger places out there that pride themselves on good HOT food & good customer services. Phat Buns isn't one of those
