We were so impressed with the service from Philip Jarvis, in particular Sam and Matt who handled our purchase. From the initial viewing, we were so impressed with Sam’s knowledge of the house and local area, in comparison to other agents that we viewed with, it was a breath of fresh air. We felt confidence in them from the get go and we weren’t let down throughout the process. Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process.

I found the staff in the Lenham branch to be extremely professional and proficient. They kept me up to date throughout the process even when we were abroad. I would definitely use them again and can recommend them to anyone thinking of moving. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt for all his help. He is truly an amazing asset to this company.
