I had built up a bit of savings but wasn't getting much in the way of returns. I wanted to get some solid financial advice. Paul was, from the start very professional and a great source of information. He has given me great advice on what are the best strategies regarding tax and also has given me specific products with very good returns. I am just at the start with the investments, and can't say for certain whether the returns will be as predicted. Saying that, Paul has a panel of fellow financial experts who follow the markets and advise on what products are likely to give the best returns, so I am as confident as I can be.

Having spoke with Paul some months ago about buying an annuity he was helpful thorough and informative and helped me through the minefield of what product was best for me. So was another company who at the time offered a similar product. They are one of the market leaders a household name, very well known and always on the radio and commenting on financial matters on all the news platforms. I chose them over Paul to arrange my annuity for no other reason than my perception was that bigger was best.
How wrong could I have been. After 12 weeks from receipt of my application they had not even submitted it to my chosen provider and could not tell me when they would, due to an overload of applications and staffing issues!
I contacted Paul explaining my predicament, do I hang on with them or ask Paul to make a fresh application. I went with the later and 5 weeks later which included over the Christmas holidays Paul had the whole process completed. He did what he said he would, kept me informed, explained each step of the application process,did not overpromise on timescale but got the job done.
