Can’t fault this company for phone insurance, I had insurance with them for my phone for over two years and I changed phone and they sorted out a new policy for me straight away, great customer service from them all Jordan in particular who I was talking to on the phone!

This company works with TicketPlan Limited and has been selling refund insurance to events but not fulfilling it. They refuse to refund myself and others even though we have purchased insurance claiming that our reasons are valid including when people have presented medical certificates and evidence of reasons as to why they cannot make the event. The most pointless useless event insurance ever. Disgusted that Buckingham Palace is using this brand to sell ticket insurance.
