their "simple" process is very complicated and inconvenient:"Thank you for reporting the issue with your vehicle to our trusted Claims Department. Should you wish to proceed in submitting a warranty claim on your vehicle, then please follow the simple steps below:

1. Respond to this email with the exact current mileage on your vehicle. If this is not supplied, you are at risk of the claim submitted on your vehicle being assessed incorrectly.
2. Take your vehicle to any VAT registered garage of your choice and ask the them to fully diagnose the problem you are experiencing.
3. Once the VAT registered garage have found the source of the issue with your vehicle, please kindly ask them to call or email the Claims Department with the reported diagnoses. The following information must be reported:

• The exact current mileage on your vehicle.
• The issue or symptoms noticed with the vehicle.
• The outcome of the repairing garages diagnoses.
• The repairing garages labour rate per hour pre vat.
• The labour time to complete the repair.
• Individual part prices pre vat.

4. Once this information has been collated, our Engineering Department will get to work in assessing your claim. Should any further information be required then this may be requested within the investigation period.
5. Our Engineering Department aim for a maximum period of 24 hours to fully assess your warranty claim once all the relevant information has been supplied to do so.
6. THIS IS IMPORTANT: Please ensure no repairs are carried out on your vehicle whilst your warranty claim is under assessment. If any repairs are completed prior or during the assessment process, this will result in your claim being denied.
7. Once our Engineering Department have finalised your warranty claim. The Claims Department will be in contact with the results.".

their roadside assistance doesnt work on weekends as their phone number is closed on weekends in spite of the certificate claiming its open nonstop.

Terrible company.
Have a car covered as newly brought.
The cover is a joke.
Pay only £61 for diagnostics most garages cost £95 for diagnostics. For the first hour.
You cover the rest.
Won’t cover main dealership as they cost to much.
They never call back.
Not very helpful with trying to find a garage that will except them as most garages do not deal with them.
Even been VAT registered.

Waste of time effort and money.

Full warranty claim was not fulfilled and I had to pay the difference for what was a simple EGR valve replacement. Lots of emails, lots of calls for 3 hours labour, which I ended up paying for. Be careful. This company will scrimp and try to save every single penny, inconveniencing you as the motorist who paid for their services. Very unhappy.

I took out a warranty with this company when we bought our minibus, 7 months later a problem arose with the vehicle, I took to my local garage and pinnacle covered all costs to repair.
Very streamlined company, keeping me informed at all times! Well done and thank you

They drip feed the requirements of their “simple” claims process proving impossible to meet so they don’t accept he claim. Plus you are not allowed to get the repair done before they agree, so you can use the vehicle whilst this BS continues. Never again using this fraudulent company.

I’ve had multiple altercations with this company, I’ve now not been able to drive my car for 2 weeks and missed multiple plans I had arranged in London and Bristol, due the the garages recommendations as the engine could seize due to the leaks! Sent all the sufficient evidence of what was going on and then had to pay for a second examination for further inspection, they will now only pay out to cover one of the coolant leaks of which the garage that is VAG approved have said need replacing! I am contacting Citizens advice about these situations as I feel they have not done the service which I am paying for! I’ve now spent around £700 out of my pocket when it should be covered under the warranty! Will update after speaking to CA.

My car had issues within the first month in purchasing and I was worried about being left with big repair bills, I contacted Pinnicale my warranty company and they arranged for the repair and my car was back to me in 3 days!! Highly recommended and much better than the warranty I had on my previous car!!

If your buying a used vehicle with a pinnacle warranty and it hasn't got a full service history your wasting your time and money , also if you want to make a claim they want an extremely detailed estimate from your garage of choice if its a busy garage that have better things to do like fixing cars i dont think they will be too happy at all with all this paperwork. After that they will make further checks and more checks and more checks in the meantime while your vehicle is broken or undriveable which if your self employed and have a van like myself you will be losing work without even knowing if your claim will get passed,so a complete waste of time money and stress do not bother with it
