Easy 5 stars - James, Charlie and the team have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

We had quite a complex situation, and a lot kept changing throughout our home buying process. But we could always rely on James to be super proactive and helpful, and he never once let us down.

James was always happy to jump on a quick call, explore possible options for us, and work with us to find the best way forward. He made it easy to understand what was going on, when to expect things to happen, and always followed through.

This is too rare these days; in fact every other aspect of our house buying process (apart from working with PJK) was difficult, unclear, and frustrating. We are so thankful we had PJK onside or I'm not sure we would ever have got it across the line!

Me and my sister have recently purchased a property with the advice of PJK Associates for our mortgage. We have had a complicated situation where we ported a pre-existing mortgage to a new property. This was very overwhelming for me and my sister especially as it was my first time taking out a mortgage but James made this incredibly easy. Whenever we had questions James responded very fast with a clear answer to our questions. I cannot recommend PJK Associates enough, and will be using James’ advice again when I need to remortgage. Their advice was worth every penny. They also supplied us with life insurance options which again was complicated due to pre-existing medical conditions but again PJK Associates made this very simple for us. A massive thank you to Matt, who has been a super star from start to finish of our journey.
We were first given Matt's details from a friend a year ago to help support us being able to buy our first family home.
Due to having some very expensive childcare cost, we wasn't able to get a mortgage when we first met with Matt but Matt set out a timeline of when that would be possible, he also gave us some brilliant financial advice on money we would need available regards to all the costs that come with buying a house.

Our expectations were, we wouldn't be able to buy till September 2025 but Matt always checked in with us to see if there were any changes, due to him being so brilliant, we have just managed to complete on our first family home, a whole 8 months earlier than originally planned !!

Our mortgage application was very complex , time consuming and extremely stressful but Matt kept in communication with us throughout, making sure we knew what was going on at every stage.
We honestly can't thank Matt enough for all the care, support and brilliant financial advice he has given us over the last year, we truly believe us buying our first home wouldn't have been possible without the great guidance of Matt.
