Highly recommended. Matt did a great job with our project - a two storey rebuild of an old garage. His design ensured we made the most of the space whilst working within the regulations for building in a conservation area. Matt coordinated the communication with the planning department at the council and building regulations. He was extremely flexible, helpful and his positive approach made to make the project run as smoothly as possible. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend. We used Matt from Plan my House to do just that. Arguably a far from straightforward planning application once we had agreed with Matts scheme that was just what we wanted. The whole process took some 10 months owing to a planning department that appeared to be in complete disarray, that said Matt from Plan my House stuck with it and despite some challenging objections from both neighbours, parish council and the local authority the scheme was eventually approved with some minor amendments. The protracted application and amendments nominally increased the costs to a point that I considered the number to be negligible when factoring in the time, patience and effort with our application. I/we can't recommend Matt from Plan my House any more than suffice to say we would use same again for the next project without hesitation.

We used Matt to design our extension. Having never done anything like this before Matt talked us though the whole process and answered all our questions promptly which included the paperwork with building control. After a few face to face meetings our design was finalised and even during the building phase Matt has been on hand to make amendments and liaise with our builder.
